Banksy- (Chris Millsapp)
Who is he:
Banksy is basically an English Graffiti artist. He was born in 1974 and raised in Bristol, England but he is really believed to be native to a town called Yate in South Gloucestershire. He was raised as a butcher but later on in his life he got more caught up in graffiti. He started as a free hand graffiti artist in 1992 and his art work can be found all over England.

his innovations or defacing (if you wish to call it that) of historical and famous art.
